Our offices are open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We realize that your time is important, so we try to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. However, because the nature of our practice is to provide surgical services, unforeseen circumstances may lengthen the allotted time for a procedure. Emergencies can also arise and cause occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

After Hour “Emergencies”

We have a doctor on call 24 hours a day. If you need to contact us after hours, call our office and you will be given the number of our 24 hour answering service. Contact the answering service and they will relay your message to the doctor on call. In the unlikely event that your call is not answered within fifteen minutes, call again and advise the operator.

Pre-registration

When you make your appointment, we will send “Confidential Personal Information” and “Confidential Medical History” pre-registration forms. You can also conveniently register online, we will receive your form electronically. Your accurate completion of these forms will allow us to develop a comprehensive profile of your medical history. A complete listing of your current medications is also needed to identify potential drug interactions.

X Ray

If your referring dentist or physician has recently taken x-rays you may request that they forward them to our office. If time does not allow, please pick them up and bring them to your appointment. In the event that additional films are needed, they can be taken at our facility.
