Dr. Kelsey Smith is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and St. Louis native dedicated to providing advanced surgical care to the greater St. Charles community. After graduating from Visitation Academy, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. Coming from a family of dental professionals, Dr. Smith discovered her passion for dentistry early on and pursued a Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), graduating with honors.
During her time at UMKC, Dr. Smith realized her keen interest in oral surgery and went on to complete a six-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. There, she received her Doctorate in Medicine, completed a General Surgery Internship, and earned her Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery certificate, culminating in her role as chief resident in her final year.
With specialized expertise in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, orthognathic (jaw) surgery, and full-arch implant rehabilitation, Dr. Smith strives to bring compassionate, high-quality care to patients seeking to restore their oral health and confidence. She looks forward to expanding her practice’s offerings in comprehensive implantology for individuals seeking solutions like All-on-4® and other full-arch procedures.
In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys experimenting with new recipes, playing volleyball, and spending time with her two Goldendoodles. She is thrilled to be back home in St. Louis and is committed to making a positive impact in the St. Charles area.
