Dr. Rosenthal was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where his father is a well respected dentist. He attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelors Degree. He was accepted into Temple University School of Dentistry, receiving a D.M.D. degree in 1994. He graduated with many Honors, including Valedictorian of his class all four years.
He was selected to attend the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he pursued his advanced training in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery and also completed his Medical Degree. During his 7 year residency from 1994 - 2001, he presented many lectures concerning Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery and authored many publications, including a chapter in a Dental Emergencies textbook.
He then entered a private practice in Rhode Island where he serviced Rhode Island Hospital and the Children's Hospital, both Level One Trauma Centers and Teaching Institutions.
Dr. Rosenthal's clinical expertise includes Dental Implants, Surgery to Correct Jaw and Facial Deformities, Sleep Apnea, Facial Trauma, Cosmetic Facial Surgery, including Hair Transplant and Botox.
Dr. Rosenthal, his wife Lorraine, their daughter Sydney and their son Miles, came to the St. Louis area because of its reputation as a great place to raise a family and develop a professional practice. During his free time he pursues his interest in learning golf, scuba diving and devoting time to family activities.
